That so ROCKS. I went to a workshop this spring lead by a representative from NAMI MN. Its all about no more STIGMA folks! Mental health is about health and healing--not abuse and myths and secrets and such! How far we have come since the old days of asylums. It's very good to know also that people in jail in MN will have more access to ... See Morepsychiatric services and that police are educated about the needs of mentally ill. A jail cell is not medicine. NAMI MN is doing a fantastic job despite the recession. They are very dedicated and I give them oodles of KUDOS.
