NCLC is a consumer advocacy group providing research assistance to consumer attorneys, writing manuals on the law, and working with lawmakers to adopt laws and regulations, which benefit and protect consumers. Unfortunately, our resources do not permit us to respond to individual consumer complaints or questions.
