Bilinda Irene Ewing Although I was never a member of FFA, it still holds wonderful memories. My father, Jack Ewing was an FFA sponser along with being THE high school science teacher in Leonard Texas back in the mid 60's. I was very young but I can still see him in his FFA jacket and all those calves, chickens, rabbits, etc. It makes me s...mile every time I see someone wear blue jacket!
Lonn Olson I proudly maintain my high school (1970-1974) official jackets (president and secretary); all be it they look a little small these days. I have such great memories while being in FFA. It truly was a wonderful experience and I had THE BEST OWL. Mr. VandeWalle
Carolyn Gift Still has my official dress and my hubby too! I was Forney FFA 1995-2001 any my hubby Wills Point FFA 1985-1994. We are both Lifetime Members of the FFA! Our Daughter is in Lawrence FFA and is showing Goats. Started with Dairy when she was 5. I miss my years in the FFA, the best of my life. Back in 2004 we launched "Project Reconnect" the mission of this project is not only to reconnect with the past state officers of Maryland, but it gives us the chance to thank those that had a part in shaping MD FFA. Since 2004 we have been able to track a...nd reconnect with over 200 past state officers, going all the way back to the early 40's. 200 is only a drop in the bucket for Maryland...if you were or know of someone that served the Maryland FFA Association as a state officer let us know so we can get your/their current information so that the history of our great organization will not be lost.
