Rare Disease Day is a chance to focus attention on the millions affected by rare diseases in the U.S. NORD is gathering together concerned individuals and organizations for the day, includin...g patients, healthcare professionals, government officials, pharma/biotech companies, and (hopefully) you.
Here are just a few ways to enjoy Rare Disease Day 2009:
• Attend the event – You can participate from your home or office; attending simply indicates that you care about patients with rare diseases and are willing to help
• Sign the petition – Show your support for patients with rare disease by signing the petition [info re: links]
