Cheryl Painter You can also add melted peanut butter to the ginger dressing and a dash of chili powder -wisk it up for an excellent Thai style dipping sauce. I served it with grilled steak strips and it was so good.

My recipe:
Ginger Slaw:
Grate 2 small carrots, 1/2 head of red cabbage and 1/2 head of small regular cabbage. Mix all three in a bowl. Add enough ginger dressing to your liking and toss for a great asian style slaw. Optional -sprinkle asian spice mix in it.

Wendy Ford Carter Best Ranch dressing I've ever had. I'm now eating more fresh veggies because I can dip a little! Can't wait to try the ginger dressing. Not sure though if I can find it here in CO. My friend brought it back to me when she had been visiting down south. I certainly hope I can find it here in Colorado Springs.
