Lets just say you can't be any slower than me. I did this in three hours and I was fine. If I can do it you definately can do it. And if you think you are not up to it, do a relay. Last year I did it and it was a blast.

Felipe Carlos Barreda Merry Christmas to all of the athletes of the Nautica South Beach Triathlon. If you have children, thank God for them, give them a hug and tell them you love them. Somewhere tonight there is a family who is watching their child die of cancer and there are families who are spending their first Christmas without their ...child because they died of cancer. God bless and Merry Christmas.

Felipe Carlos Barreda There can be no better reason to do this race than to read the story of this little boy who is losing his battle with cancer. Please pray for him and his family because he has only days to live. This is why I am doing this race. To do something about this please go to www.stjudetri.org.
