After a 20 year struggle with mental health problems I'm now on top of my illness.

I suffered with clinical depression initially and went on to be diagnosed with a bipolar disorder. I turned to writing and it saved me. In January of 2007 my first book,
Bi Polar Expedition was published.

It covers 12 years of my life in and out of the mental health system. I have survived: five break-downs -
four sections - three hospitals - two arrests and a
servere beating by 11 men while handcuffed when I strayed onto an airfield during a high episode. And that's just the first five chapters!
