and Pub, has tapped a wooden gravity cask of Schneider's Wiesen
Edel-Weisse for this weekend. An unfiltered wheat ale from Germany's
celebrated Schneider Brewery, Edel-Weisse was traditionally brewed for
the Oktoberfest Celebration in Munich many years ago, before märzen
style lag...ers became the standard. This brew is full bodied, with
unfermentable sugar, and more hops for balance, resulting in more
noticeable hop character than is typically found in German hefeweizens.
