Most of the staff has been out of the office for the last couple of weeks for the League of American Orchestras conference and then a wedding, but we're back now, preparing for an Aug 11th CD release and Sept 10-13 concerts.

Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg was AMAZING. The concert was my favorite, but then I thought the last one was my favorite and the one before. BUT this was my fave. Can't wait for the new season. Thanks N.S.S. and N.C.C.O.

Absolutely... everything Cindy Myers just said. This was truly an amazing season finale. I could write at length about this. The NCCO can play anything, and everything you play is fresher than I have heard anywhere else. Even popular classics, which listeners have heard dozens of times, are played with such unique sincerity and vibrancy that I ... Read Moream experiencing these popular pieces for the first time. You have just the right musicians with the right attitude and talent, and the best music director. We Bay Area residents are so fortunate. I resubscribed immediately for next season plus a modest donation (which I promise will be much larger when the economy recovers), and I am urging everyone I know to join us. Any funds directed toward the NCCO are SO worth it.
