New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Inc.

Since 1977, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service has been providing the organizational structure, policies, and systems needed for the cooperative sale of real estate among its REALTOR® members. Under the direction of Executive Director Tina Griffin, the NJMLS strives to benefit its members, as well as the public they serve, with the most extensive, accurate, and up-to-date information on properties for sale in the Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Hudson county areas. To achieve this goal our focus is to provide the most advanced systems using the latest in computer technology and Internet advancements.

The NJMLS is owned and operated by the Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTORS® and RealSource Association of REALTORS®. As a REALTOR® owned MLS, the NJMLS adheres to guidelines recommended by the National Association of REALTORS® and guarantees that every member receive an EQUAL REPRESENTATION IN ITS GOVERNANCE. Through this governance structure, REALTOR® members have built the NJMLS into one of the most successful MLS's in the state of NJ.
