Satsuma Cafe Anthony Accardo from Paulina, Louisiana is growing sublime Kale and Heirloom Mustard greens. I think a new salad is in order. How about Poached Pears, Mustard Greens, Blue Cheese, Pecans, and Banyuls Vinaigrette?
