Hello Everyone,
Our arena proposal has been submitted to the Mayor's Citizen's Task Force and now it's time to take some action steps to ensure that our "no taxpayer money" proposal rises to the top.
A key partner in our effort is Leslie Dougherty of RE/MAX Gold. Leslie will be managing all aspects of the real estate sid...e of our proposal. Please take a minute to become a Facebook fan of hers.

New Sacramento Sports Arena
Finishing touches have been made to the arena proposal. We will be submitting to the Mayor's Citizen Task Force tomorrow. The proposal will be posted online in January.

We have been in the business of real estate development and construction for the past 25 years. In June of 2007 we began to develop a business plan to provide funding for the construction of a new professional sports and entertainment facility to serve as home to the Sa...cramento Kings and Monarchs. We have accomplished our goal. Until now we have been patiently advancing our proposal through the bureaucratic maze in Sacramento. In the coming weeks we will be unveiling details of our proposal and taking it directly to Kings and Monarchs fans in the Sacramento region. The fans may not have input as to the management of our teams but they will have a tremendous impact on the development of a new arena when our funding proposal rises to the top as the only viable plan currently available.
