World March for Peace and Nonviolence
On November 30: the World Will March in New York CityMake History! Be part of the world's first 6-continent, 93-day march as we welcome the International World March Team on their firs...t day in North America.
The Xavier Peace and Justice Committee will attend the 3pm Press Conference as a group. All are welcome to join us! Gather at 3pm at the apex of City Hall Park at Park Row and Broadway. Look for our five large peace doves!
1 PM: Over the Brooklyn Bridge
Gather at Borough Hall in Brooklyn. Together, we’ll march over the bridge to City Hall and bring the universal call for peace and nonviolence to New York City.
3 PM: Press Conference at City Hall
Join the International March Team on the steps of City Hall. We’ll talk to the press about the march’s goals and achievements and receive a proclamation from the New York City Council.
7 PM: Celebration at Riverside Church
Celebrate the official welcome of the international team of marchers with “Beyond Violence,” a multimedia program of inspirational talks and performances.

Heidi I went to SFX School back in 1954 my teacher was Sister Anita does anyone remember her? I also did my Communion and Conformation at SFX Church and I remember Father Findley I may have spelled it wrong but I hope someone out there remembers him :)
