Form Pilates Mat work on the spine corrector is tough, but in a good way. I definitely feel my powerhouse still! Back to NYC tomorrow and teaching Friday at the Equinox Park Ave 5:30pm. See you on the mat!
Form Pilates Great day here in Cali. Taught old/new clients and new/old clients at the gorgeous Vertical Workshop in the 90210. I am so lucky! Lesson with Shari again tomorrow....fun on the Barrels!!! Keep you posted.....
