David Breard my thouhgt is that ground zero will go where the twin towers are. the problem is that people think one spot is ground zero. gz only means that it could be target to terrorist attacks. twin towers was gz long b/f 911. and there is more than 1 gz the pentagon is a gz. so is the white house. any magor monument or something that big with that many poeple in it is called ground zero.
Anthony Grayson Like always, the Freedom Tower will be delayed again, we're still in a recession, and they still cant pay for it. If they can, I havent a clue where the money's coming from. If the memorial does get finished, where are they gonna get 40 Million a year to run it while building the other stuff? Its just a waste.

now where the towers are positioned and looking at ground zero that area is completely empty with no construction going on and separated from the freedom tower and the memorial. Has Ken Gardner even used this design method?
