Who is Yoko Lewis (dba Yoko Trading)?

Above all, we are a family business founded in 1989 and selling on the internet since 1998. It is just two of us -- Yoko Lewis here in Delaware (USA)-- and Yoko's brother running the office in Japan. Also, other family members, long-time friends and associates throughout Japan also work with us to procure the wonderful things we offer on our web site and occasionally on ebay.com. (Our detailed bio is on our site here.)

Yoko is the third generation of a family in rural Japan which has been buying, selling & collecting Japanese art & antiques for almost 100 years. Growing up as she did surrounded by beautiful traditional Japanese artwork, textiles and collectibles, she is happy now to use internet technology to bring the things she loves to more people around the world. We love creative people and marvel at how they use our
Japanese fabrics. We'd love to hear from you.Yoko
