If a man is to be obsessed by something, I suppose a boat is as good as anything, perhaps a bit better than most.
Oldport Marine Services Diesel Mike was making his daily Ocean Drive circumnavigation when he spotted a capsized boat with 2 guys hanging on for dear life. He immediately called the Coast Guard , who along with the Newport FD and PD saved their lives!! The boat didn't make out as well.
