About Me:
Nick was born on 6 May 1971 and grew up in Dandenong North. He attended Rosewood Downs Primary School and Haileybury College, before completing his Bachelor of Arts at La Trobe University.

Having also undertaken a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and a Masters in Industrial and Employee Relations (graduating top of his class), Nick worked for the next 15 years in a variety of industrial relations and human resource roles for the Victorian Government, the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC), the Nillumbik Shire Council and the Adecco Group.

A keen interest in community service motivated Nick to serve as the local councillor for Friberg Ward with the Knox City Council from 2003 to 2005, serving as the Chairman of two council committees. He has also been involved with the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal, Berry Street Moomba Day activities, the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal and as a board member for the Fern Tree Gully and Rowville Bendigo Bank Community Bank branches.

In 2006, Nick was elected to further serve the community as the Member for Ferntree Gully. Since his election, Nick has spoken in Parliament on a range of local issues and would welcome your feedback on any issues of concern to you.

In 2008, Nick's record of service to his electorate was recognised by Liberal Leader, Ted Baillieu, who promoted Nick to Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Opposition.

Nick and his wife, Levili have three children, Thomas (born 2003), Emily (born 2006) and Grace (born 2008). The family live in Rowville.
