He keeps telling me to take pictures of him to replace the pictures on his lab webpage, but I guess he forgets to send those pictures to you guys.... Choose the best one(s). You can download the full size from my flickr page.

Carbon and nitrogen interactions likely modulate terrestrial ecosystem response and feedback to climate change. The carbon-nitrogen-climate feedback has recently been assessed with global models. Research in Dr...

Ecosystem and biogeochemical cycling models have been incorporated into earth system models to project terrestrial carbon sinks and sources and their feedback to climate change in the 21st century...

Soil respiration represents CO2 release at the soil surface from microbial respiration during litter and soil organic matter decomposition and rhizosphere respiration by live roots and their symbionts. This flux is the largest terrestrial source of CO2 to the atmosphere (68-80 Pg C yr-1)...

Increased emissions of greenhouse gases due to human activities is expected to raise mean temperature by 1.1-6.4℃ on the earth surface by the end of the century. Global warming likely results in altered precipitation regimes. ...
