North Charleston Arts Festival Deadline for the 2010 North Charleston Arts Festival Design Competition has been extended to January 23, 2010! The winning artist will be honored with a $500 Purchase Award and the original artwork will become part of the City’s Public Art Collection. The piece will also be featured on the cover of all Festival brochur...es,T-shirts, and posters. Additionally, the winning artist will have the opportunity to present a solo exhibition at the North Charleston City Gallery in May 2010. Applications are available at www.northcharleston.org under Cultural Arts.
