HOPE For Arkansas Scholarship Lottery By passing the Scholarship Lottery Amendment, we allowed the Arkansas Legislature to set-up a Scholarship Lottery in Arkansas. Now, we need to rally the state legislature to make sure the scholarships are created well. We need to push for public and private colleges, 2- and 4- year colleges, and traditional and non-traditional students.
HOPE For Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Early Voting has already started in Arkansas! Our state has a "no excuse" early voting policy which means that as long as you have an ID and are registered to vote you can go vote right now! Even if you don't vote early make sure that you vote on Election Day coming up on November 4th for Amendment 3, The Scholarship Lottery!
