Will DeRoberts When can we expect our finishers certificates? Have a spot reserved on my wall

Dallas Roper Serumgard My first half-marathon--couldn't have had a better experience (well, minus the sprained ankle would have made it better) but on organizer's end--faultless! Many thanks for making the trek from Texas more than worth it. I'm looking forward to a cool day, probably in November, when I can finally wear my long sleeve race shirt!

Michele Rogalin This was my first half-marathon - what a fantastic experience! The event was well-organized, the trail was gorgeous, and I met some great people. I'm running the Rock-n-Roll half in a couple of weeks... I get the impression that I won't be nearly as well taken care of at that event! Thank you to the volunteers - you made the run awesome!

Nikole Friend-Barrett Great job runners!! Hope to run it next year...I miss PA terribly and Good To Go:)

Liz Awesome half marathon and the best volunteers by far! Thanks

North Olympic Discovery Marathon Going green... I'm pretty proud of our efforts this year and can say that we left a much smaller imprint than in years past. 85% of our aid station cups (paper) were successfully recycled. 90-100% of the plastic bottles on the pier were recycled. Good

Joni Kuntz Thank you to everyone in Port Angeles that helped with the marathon. It was a great event.. Everyone that volunteered did a great job. I really liked the kids marathon. We would love to see everyone at the Prince of Wales Marathon in Alaska in May 2010.. powmarathon.org/

Bruce Phillips it's all good, see you next year

Lorrie Campbell Who won the best aide station award this year?

Shaka Finkle
That was a great race! I did the half marathon. It was my first time there, the volunteers were wonderful! Very helpful. My only problem was that the strap for the timing chip was filthy disgusting dirty! I wasnt eve going to use it at all but decided to wash it myself in the sink in my hotel room. Perhaps it would be a good idea to clean those after they are used cause.....GROSS!!
Thanks!

I had a great time. Weather was perfect and organization was great as usual. Still my favorite marathon by far.
I shaved 15 minutes off my walking time last year, first guy in walking all the way. But I couldn't quite keep up with one girl that was walking, she would just barely pull away. Quick!
4:52 isn't bad for walking.
Hope to be back running again next year.
Thanks all!

Pwint Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers who made the event possible! My first half marathon yesterday was a fun experience! I love the aid stations and cheering teams. Will be back next year!

Susan
Thank you to all the volunteers and to the race organizers who work on putting it together for such a long time in advance. It was my first ever marathon. I loved the course and the enthusiastic, regular aid stations. They were all so supportive, and I forgot to vote for my favorite! That's difficult since they all did... so well, but I have to admit that the intense, loud, super positive sheers from the Army station at 25 miles was music to my ears. Go Army! And yes - what did happen to the awesome CHICK runner as a choice for a shirt? AND thank you to my sister (see below) for propping me up through the whole entire race when she could have easily run much faster. LOVE YOU SIS!Read More

Michelle Awesome race! The course is magnificent. Well organized and friendly volunteers from start to finish. Bummed about the logo on the shirts...what happened to the cool retro running chick?
