Because of the snow, we will not be having our Wednesday evening service tonight.

We will only be having our 11am service on Sunday January 3rd due to snow and cold. Also Celebrate Recovery will not be meeting.

We will be having a special service on Sunday Feb. 14, 2009 at Nuckols Hall in Tazewell at 10:30am. We are calling this a connection Sunday, because we want to connect you with other people here at Destiny...
We hope you will join us on Thursday December 31, 2009 for our annual “Watch Service” where we will celebrate the new year! Please bring a finger food or dessert with you. The service will start at 10:00pm and end just after midnight.

Just before the Bizzard of 2009 hit, we were able to complete the construction of the fence that surrounds our new playground area on the east side of the church. Here is a picture of the fence and playground with about 12-15 inches of snow.
