          Aero Instruments & Avionics Our flag is at half staff in grateful tribute to Lance Cpl. Timothy G. “Win” Serwinowski, 21, shot by a sniper Sunday while on patrol in southern Afghanistan. He died of his wounds early Monday. He was a 2007 graduate of N. Tonawanda High School.
