Northshore United Club Select Program (NSC) is a select program for boys and girls U13-U18 in Washington State. The program is designed as the middle ground between Premier play and Recreational play.

- The Northshore United Select program (abbreviated “NSC” for historical purposes) is for U13 to U19 players desiring a competitive seasonal soccer program that is shorter and less expensive than Premier play.
The NSC Program is administered under the NYSA United Club By-Laws and the Operating Procedures defined herein. The governing authority of this program is vested in the United Club of the Northshore Youth Soccer Association within District II of the Washington state Soccer Association. - Mission:

- Teach soccer skills at a high level
- Develop leadership skills
- Prepare players for the next level of play
- Encourage fun, self-discipline, sportsmanship, socializing & friendship
- Keep costs down
