Thank you Knights and thank you St. Thomas University! This brings so much hope and leadership to the advocacy of life and the faithful... that there are still Catholic educational institutions that are not diluted with the pop culture of choice and death in God's miracle and precious gift of life.

Thank God! What is wrong with all the Jesuit universities and "Catholic"(only in name apparently) universities that continue to allow these plays to take place.

Whoa! More good news!

I remember having their admission counselor come and speak to my high school class in Niles, IL about 8 years ago. I ened up visting the school and considered attending there. It really is one of the few(unfortunately) truly Catholic universities in our nation.

Our son is applying there so this is good!

Watch - they'll cave - not that didn't want to any way. B.C. has been a hot bed of defiant dissent for decades. How many good Catholic boys and girls went in there as faithful Catholics and walked out as pro-abort men and women in the last 30 years? Thousands . . . They should just drop all pretense; drop their Catholic identity and show the world what they really are. Let Catholics send their children elsewhere.

If this is what "so-called Catholic universities" are teaching our children, then why should Catholic parents send their children there? Relatively unknown Catholic schools such as Franciscan University in Steubenville or Belmont Abbey College are so much better. What bothers me is that the average American knows Catholic colleges by the big named universities that no longer hold to Catholic teachings, such as Notre Dame, BC, etc.

Are we Catholics or Catholic statists? We need to stick to our beliefs .

Kelly you are absolutely correct. Catholics do not have to sacrifice their identity in the name of "social justice". They are not mutually exclusive and you do not have to join the socialist left in order to do good works and help the less fortunate. Unfortunately these leftists have invaded Catholic educational institutions in the name of "looking out for the poor" and are willing to sacrifice "right to life" which must be at the core of all Catholic education.

Who is/are the Trustees?? They obviously like Fr. Jenkins and he is willing to be their puppet....Who selects the trustees????

is it supposed to be a pro-life center? Absolutely, a Catholic college should offer pro-life pregnancy counseling and help, Mary - though they try, young women still fall and still need guidance when they become pregnant.

Now is when we need the "thumbs down" symbol.

It is time for the Church to pull all support and demand that Notre Dame change its name and stop calling itself a Catholic university.
