Novelty Hill-Januik Winery Wrapping up harvest this week. This has been the quickest harvest in Mike's 26 years in the Columbia Valley. Yields were down this year. Quality of the fruit is terrific!

Novelty Hill-Januik Winery Today we will be crushing Champoux Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Conner Lee Merlot, Ciel du Cheval Petit Verdot, and Ciel du Cheval Syrah. We will also be pressing our second vintage of the Bacchus Vineyard Riesling and Stillwater Creek Vineyard Merlot. Our crush pad and tank room observation decks will be open all day to the general public. Please feel free to come in and ask our cellar workers anything imaginable.
