Dear Lord,

We firmly believe that a Chronic Nuisance Property Ordinance is a tool to help Christians and all other religious a...kin in spirit--no matter their faith--build God's Kingdom here on Earth. A decent neighborhood environment is essential to building God's Kingdom on Earth. Satan wants us to live in fear; Lord, we are weary of living in fear. Deliver us, Lord, from this abomination.

Heavenly Father, open the eyes of those government officials and other powerful individuals who have influence on the decisions of our Sheriff, Ronnie Strength, and all others who now do not enforce city codes and ordinances. Help them to see that without order and decency, neighborhoods will continue to become more blighted and our Garden City will continue to decline. The lives of many of Your Precious Children are at stake, Heavenly Father. Guide the decisions and the abilities of those who are in power. Help them to lead Augustans and others across this country so that we may reclaim a peaceful Garden City.

Be with our Richmond County Deputies and protect them as they work to restore Your Kingdom here on Earth. Guide them to the many dens of iniquity and give them Your Infinite Wisdom and Your Anointing Strength so that they may smite the unruly with Your Holy Sword.

Lord, if it is not the choice of those who have the opportunity to become educated, peaceful, and productive citizens, those who through that which we have given unto our Caesar (the federal government) are provided with food, clothing and shelter, or to anyone who enables havoc, blight, pain, and suffering....Please, Lord Jesus, protect us from them. Give us relief from the fruits of their iniquities. Help them, Lord, to see that enabling those who choose not to help themselves only perpetuates a vicious downward cycle.

Lord, we know that booming vehicles have no positive attributes. They interrupt Your Children's thoughts and cause us to stray from You. Constant noise rudely disrupts, Lord. You teach us that love is not rude (1 Corinthians vs. 4). Lord, give us relief from that which is not Love. Be with our Sheriff Deputies who issue citations to those who are rude, disorderly, and interrupt those of us from our relationship with You. We know that order is essential to learn... and Your Children cannot learn and grow in Your Spirit with a bombardment of noise, disorder, and disruptive behavior. Lord, take away the disorder that leads us away from You. Lord, You have shown us the path that You would have us take by allowing us to find John Campbell and his Guide to Solving Chronic Nuisances.

Lord, we trust in You and we believe that You will intervene on our behalf.

Lord, though we have searched long and hard, we cannot find a reference in Your Great Book to help us deal with crack cocaine and meth... but we have faith that a CNPO will help remove drug houses from our neighborhoods and help to restore order where there is none now.

Lord, take away any foolish pride that Sheriff Strength may have regarding his reluctance to call in the GBI to assist our Richmond County Deputies with those who are wicked and vile.

This we ask in Jesus' precious and holy name. Amen.
