OÐYSSEY

Initially consisting of three middle school friends, OÐYSSEY set out to form the most legendary rock band of all time. Matthew Doty and Andrew Denecke were the two main people in organizing the group. Originally, the group had gone by several names including Skarred, Prophecy, and Drk Shadoe. They set out to recruit new members including drummer Gary Lee and lead guitarist Billy Matt. Due to lack of progress and other issues, these two would both later leave the band in ’06. Matthew and Andrew decided to take a two year hiatus from the band. Two years later, Matthew was approached by Chris Pykett in hopes of playing together. Andrew had lost interest and was focused on school and obtaining his Eagle Scout honor. Matthew and Chris choose the name OÐYSSEY. Later joined by lead guitarist, Carl Smith, and by bassist, Konrad Holtz, They will take us on an audible OÐYSSEY.. (read less)
