Oakland Metro Operahouse Break a leg! July 3rd at the Oakland Metro and is a benefit, so please come and help out. GHOUL don't normally play benefits (selfishness being one of their many bad qualities) but a good friend has some serious bills due to a really bad leg injury and she needs some help, so Ghoul is for once coming to the rescue, or ...at least doing what they can. The lineup (maybe not in this order, not sure) is Ghoul, Stormcrow, Laudanum, and Elk. 8pm/$8 All Ages!

Since their inception back in 1996, Spineshank has
been hitting the Los Angeles scene HARD. They
attracted the attention of Roadrunner Records, and
released their debut album, Strictly Diesel, a year
and a half later. The band immediately hit the road,
playing to enthusiastic audiences night after night
with bands like Syste...m of a Down, Fear Factory and
Static-X. Strictly Diesel paid homage to the more
accessible hard rock and was, in essence, a dam
barely restraining the heaviness that was unleashed
on The Height of Callousness.
