Off the Mat, Into the World™ is looking for a support team for our Seva Challenge 2010 Launch and Kirtronica Dance Party at Yogaglo in LA on December 19th. Ten volunteers needed from 6-11p for set up, breakdown and general support throughout the night! Email info@offthematintotheworld.org if you are interested in helping out!

find ways I can do poses, sometimes using props like a wall or a chair and my mat. Thank you all for helping others like myself not disabled, but differently-abled persons like me to discover benifits of Yoga!
