Officer Mark Klukow Thanks John - nice input. Atticus - those cops were there in case the first game on campus turned into a small riot like the U of M Hockey Championships. I was actually a little closer to the stadium working for the U and the Gopher fans were wonderful. I would guess you'll see it for every football home game. That Wisconsin game will be interesting. I'll spread your appreciative words around.
Officer Mark Klukow I can hardly wait until this current flare up of Mpls Police bashing goes away in the local media. Literally nothing is as it seems. The rush to judge elitists will never know how ignorant they are because the vindication won't be front page news or even included in the 5, 6 and 10 O'clock. Sigh.
Officer Mark Klukow Anyone want to come up to the northside on Saturday for a bike ride? We're meeting at Lowry/Victory Memorial Drive at 11:00 AM and we'll bike on the newest bike lanes in the metro area on Lowry to the Mississippi river and back (less than 4 miles). The Lowry Loop, It's just a bike ride.
