Maggie Mahoney The services for Dad (Captain Dan Hood) will be held on Friday 11/06/2009 - 4:00 PM at Faith Presbyterian Church 11501 Walker Ave. Seminole, FL 33772. His obituary will be in Wednesday's paper with the details as well. Thank you all for your thoughts and all are weclome to attend to say their goodbye's. We love you Dad!
Maggie Mahoney We lost Captain Dan on Saturday morning. He has touched so many lives in his short time here with us. I cant help but think of all the memories he has given to thousands of people over the years on the Daisy Mae VI. I know he is in a better place now, and I feel blessed to have been a part of his life. Tight Lines, smooth drags and following seas skipper. I LOVE YOU! JR (Eric)

Today was the last ride of this summers off-road trip.... It has been fun but I
have to admit I am a little sore and ready for a break. We finished the trip
with a bang.... Gorgeous Prichard Arch was a 15 mile ride and a mile hike almost
stright up, but well worth it. Again the pics say it all. Watch the web site for
all the new trails , soon to be catteloged.

We rode our street legal dual sport dirt bikes through the 4 wheel drive road of the park and were pulled over and harassed three times by park rangers for no reason... They are clearly not bike friendly.... Then when leaving, one of the rangers demanded me to come to his office so he could examine my helmet cam to make sure we did not break any laws while there...
