Sgt Grit Marine Specialties Today in Marine Corps history: The 5th Marine Regiment was the first Marine unit to move into WWI front-line trenches.
Vanessa Johnson Hey, back in 1999 is when my Marine was finished. I was there all the way through boot camp, sending my Marine pages of nonsense that consisted of my day. We are still married and I can tell you of the trials that we went through from a recruit all the way through the day we finally escaped and the transition back to c...ivilian life. I love my Marine despite all the trials that we both suffered, though in different roles. I believe that I was a great source of support and his backbone. Not to say it wasn't hard, because it wasn't easy to be married to a field Marine. I would be honored to be interviewed as a Marine wife. If you have any questions, I would be more than happy to supply answers or at least point someone in the right direction.

Jennifer Dixon Bought my dad a Sgt Grit hat and when we got it he had to give it to his 2 yr old grandson. The hat was sooo small, wouldn't fit his head!!
