We go every year (since 1997) ....love it! My two boys count the days from when we leave until we come back every year. Its a great atmosphere as the same people rent the same weeks every year. We have watched each other's families grow up. Absolutely the best hotel in Old Orchard Beach. Just far enough from the pier for peace and quiet and just close enough to everything to enjoy the fun!

It depends on when you would like to stay. We take reservations up to one year in advance, If you are coming during the sumer months or want an ocean front room any time of the year I suggest booking ASAP we do fill up fast. If you are planning on coming during the off season you don't need to book as far in advance.
