Nebraska Arts Council announces a new 1% for Art project call for RFQs to all artists/artist teams. Project is for the Nebraska State Historical Society headquarters (rotunda area) in Lincoln, NE. Budget $44,000. Deadline for application: Dec. 18. Click on the link for details.

I can think of a lot of people that could use $44,000.00 for food, clothing and shelter.
Don't diss me for calling it a waste of money, in these tuff economic times that money could help people and not be wasted on somthing called art.
