Werner is awesome. Sure there are things that could be better I suppose but isn't there always? I have been with this company since January 1999 and I plan on staying here. If your looking for a company that you can advance in, get on a dedicated account were you can plan your hometime a little better or just want a good place to call home then ... See Morethis is the place to be. OK so your saying yeah right! Seriously IF YOU take the wheel and lead then there ISN'T anything you can't do with this company. I speak from experience. I have been a company driver, an o/o with my husband and now I'm the shag driver in omaha at the trailer lot. It just keeps getting better and better. Most negatives can be turned into positives. Jumping from company to company isn't the answer to a problem (which is what I told my husband but he took our truck somewhere else and HATES it.) Be loyal and sooner or later it will ALL work out. I'm a proud werner employee can't you tell? LOL
