What is the true nature of balance? Are elements of your life feeling out of control?
In this conversational session with Linda Howard we will explore new ways of looking at and thinking about balance. We will also explore where and how we can find solid ground during times of uncertainty and insecurity. We will share r...esources, learn from each other and revitalize each other.
About Linda Howard:
Linda is a trained Performance Coach at Oregon State University, providing coaching services to faculty and staff. Along with coaching individuals, Linda also works facilitating small groups, including the Women’s Group at OSU, a forum for female students to discuss life matters. She is currently pursuing professional certification as a coach for individuals and small groups through the International Coach Academy of Sydney, Australia.
