Oreo Blue If you missed the show at the in Parsons, KS, last night, you missed some epic moments by Gary Hutchison that have never been seen before and may never be seen again. They only charged $6 at the door which is shamefully low for the effort and results of the performance. Thanks to Lou Davidson who joined us on stage. ... I hope someday we can afford to return to Parsons. Great fans and great food.

Oreo Blue Due to an overbooked booking agent's apathy, Oreo Blue has a few dates open in December and is ready to perform for your holiday party. Reasonable rates and top notch entertainment. Convert that moseying around the Christmas Tree into "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree!" Don't let your party go stale...hire a great l...ive band to inject life into your party! You people rock... the Apathetic Agent is also a fledgling drummer and vocalist. He keeps thinking the gigs are going to book themselves, so he goes off daydreaming about being a rockstar. Gees! That said, I hope we do have a more-than-packed house at Landry's on Friday night. If you haven't eaten at Landry's then you must be an infant child ... See Moreborn only days ago and just can't drive yourself there yet. Otherwise, there are no excuses! The blackened chicken will set you free! And now that I am a resident of Fort Smith, I can eat there more often. Yay!

Oreo Blue So I was sitting here watching the Yankees win the AL pennant (awesome) and my son calls up and says, "Dad! Oreo Blue is playing on the radio on 104.9FM!" That was even more awesome. It was the I-540 Song off the Trio CD. I was scrambling to find a radio in the house like a scene from the movie, That Thing You Do...... Hearing your music on the radio still has magic for a guy like me.

Oreo Blue had a fantastic time performing for the Lake Hamilton High School Wolves during the pre-game and halftime of their epic victory over the Watson Chapel Wildcats. We know the kids had a great time having given away nearly 80 pair of (used) drumsticks and then signing every one. All the stick clicking and banging on tra...sh cans made it sound like Middle Eastern percussion festival. Thanks Lanny and LHHS!

Oreo Blue Had a GREAT experience performing as Oreo Blue (plus 2) at the Grace Church in Fort Smith today. Got home at 2:30am and was at the church at 7:45am for rehearsal and played both services at 9:30 and 11. Three really cool praise-and-worship songs led by music director, Chad, and then three Oreo Blue originals. The fo...lks there are so incredibly nice and appreciative. Definately and experience to remember...

Do you guys know any hymns? Just asking....Praise and Worship songs are fine, but hymns have stood the test of time.....

I know I would be in that church every Sunday if you guys were the "house band" I am curious, what originals did you play?

The problems with Hymns...they generally don't include drums, bass, and screaming guitar. Although the organ is nice.

Hi Day. We performed the "I-540 Song", which metaphorically works great in a church setting, "Milagro" which was appropriate meaning miracle in Spanish, and Gary re-wrote the lyrics to Sweet Home Chicago to make a tune called "... See MoreThank You Jesus".

I am not much of a fan of Praise and Worship music, but I was overtly impressed by this guy, Lincoln Brewster. Great guitarist and vocalist.

Oreo Blue ...loves the photographers that are so kind to share their talents and time. Thanks Tera, Martin, Cheryl, Mark, and everyone else for allowing us to re-live those awesome moments on stage. Sorry that we are not so photogenic...but you all find ways to take great shots nonetheless.
