Big City Catering, Inc. It's only two more days til Christmas and today we're celebrating the holidays at Vince & Beth's Christmas Party!! The delicious menu consists of Grilled & Roasted Vegetables (Eggplant, Squash, Zucchini, Peppers, Onions), Grilled Alaskan Teriyaki Salmon, and Big City Stuffed Mushrooms with Our Signature Filling... It's... almost time to ring in the New Year!!
Big City Catering, Inc. has a fabulous luncheon today with Pro Sound. Hors d'Oeuvres will include a Fresh Fruit Display, Asian Spring Rolls, Southwest Chicken Stuffed Mushrooms, Chilled Jumbo Shrimp, and Raspberry Stuffed Goat Cheese. The main dishes will be Pasta Primavera, Baked Ziti, and Striploin; to be accompanied by Grilled & Roasted ...Vegetables, Roasted Rosemary New Potatoes, and a Garden Salad.
