What Is It?
Couples competed in series of physical & mental activities against other couples in events such as the 100 yard dash, push-ups, sit-ups, mind stimulants, etc
Purpose:
The purpose of this event is to have fun while promoting unity, fitness, and health & wellness in our lives and the lives of those around us. M...any diseases and ailments can be prevented with diet and exercise. As adults, mentors, and/or heads of our households, we must teach our youth and those in the community about the importance of being healthy and physically active.
