OskiCat
We named it, now it's your turn. OskiCat, the new online catalog of the UC Berkeley Library, premieres May 27, 2009. We think our new catalog looks great! (And we think you will think so too). However, one thing is lacking: OskiCat needs a logo! This is where you come in: we're having a contest to design a logo for Osk...iCat.
All current UC Berkeley students are eligible to enter the contest.
If you win your artwork will be featured in OskiCat publicity, and may be displayed on OskiCat’s website. Plus you will win a lasting legacy on campus and a chance to be part of Cal’s history!
Entry Guidelines:
* Must feature the name “OskiCat” & the text “UCB Library Catalog”.
* Trademarked UC logos may be used in combination with words.
* Should incorporate two or more of the following colors: blue, gold, black, white, gray.
* PREFERRED WEB formatting: 50H X 275W in pixels; .gif file with transparent or #668cb3 blue background; original file in .png or .eps (encapsulated PostScript).
* PREFERRED PRINT formatting: Artwork from vector art programs (Illustrator or Freehand); text/font converted to outlines; save as .eps file; photographic, placed, or embedded images (.jpeg, .tiff, .gif, .psd) are not suitable.
