Dan Dobbyn If spam is a problem for you, or if you don't ever want it to be, OtherInbox.com is the absolute best way to avoid it. I'm very active on the internet and I use oib.com for site signups, shopping on the web, and pretty much anything else that requires me to provide an email address. I'm not affiliated with oib in any way (other than having an account), but I can't recommend it enough.
