But you do their marketing unless they are into the social aspects. I eat what is not sold by the end of the day, for next 2-3 days. Win-win.

...takes me back about 30 years when we used to grow alfalfa sprouts in The Catskills, Yoga Retreat, about 30 bathtubs...with drainage pipes...in a warehouse space...lights overhead....sold them to New York City H.F. Stores/Restaurants...was fun! Used fry pan splash guards to skim off shucks when we filled bathtubs up to rinse sprouties! :)
