Who’s Invited? Everyone! You do not have to be a member of the host organization to join in on t...he fun. This is a GREAT way to introduce your veg-curious friends to the delights of homemade veggie cuisine.
How it works: Bring a covered veggie dish that follows the “theme” (vegan, vegetarian, raw, local depending on host organization) of the evening. We’ve created a recipe card for you to use. Download Recipe Card
Need some inspiration? Join the Meatless Monday movement!
When: Monday Nights 7-9pm starting in July
Cost: suggested $3 donation for the host organization OR $10 if not bringing a dish. Donations may vary by host.
Where: Dandelion Communitea Cafe, use of entire cafe inside & out (cafe will close it’s kitchen, but still offer beverages for sale).
Why: Promote Community, Peaceful Eating & a Local Cause while offering a low-cost way for folks to enjoy nutritious & delicious meals in this challenging economy. Showcases different levels of vegetarian lifestyles to make it approachable for flexitarians to discover the pleasures of peaceful eating!
