Gray every year while shed hunting i see scads of turkeys.But when I go back to hunt them they are quiet and nowhere to be found.To add insult to engery the offending birds cross the road in front of me as if to say ha ha ha sucker.I gave up on them there are to many other ways to waste my time.

          • OutdoorFreaks.net Very true Chad. BUT, my numbers are just too skewed. With the small woodlots I'm hunting, I try and make every hunt work for me. I'm also a big "low intrusion" type hunter. I hunt the edges and leave the deep woods for the whitetails.
