In the summer after my 3rd grade year, my school offered a program where we visited museums all over New York State and then wrote descriptions of what we saw. The Caramoor Center was one of those trips and I still remember it vividly. I think that class was the biggest influence on my life long love of collecting history.

PBS History Detectives Hurray for GWEN! A cool story on a talk Gwen gave this week at the University of Nebraska. Interesting coincidence: Frank Lloyd Wright - famous architect; Gwendoly Wright - famous professor of architectural history. http://www.journalstar.com/lifestyles/home-and-garden/article_9e50327c-c88c-11de-a681-001cc4c002e0.html

TIGHAR has an excellent website. Many realistic things concerning Earhart. Keeps speculation to a minimum. Real scientific research.
