Um Hi? I Dont know if you can help me or not but here i go.

I have a problem. If i deactivate my account, can anyone get onto my account? I mean, Ive recieved some threatening messages of tracking me. Can people track a deactivated account? I'm sorry if this isnt the appropriate place to post this.
