Presidential aspirants former President Joseph Estrada, Senators Loren Legarda, Richard Gordon, Mar Roxas, Francis Escudero and Pampanga Gov. Ed Panlilio will join a forum hosted by The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) at the historic Plaza Miranda.
