The Paint Creek Scenic Trail is a scenic byway that travels 44 miles between between Beckley and Hansford, West Virginia. The Trail exists to encourage the understanding and enjoyment of Paint Creek’s natural, historic, and cultural heritage.

Paint Creek Scenic Trail Thanks to everyone who made our Make a Difference Day cleanup a success this past Saturday. We were able to cleanup sections of the byway and creek between Pax and Mossy, as well as beautify our future park site. We removed countless bags of trash and debris from the area. Volunteers from Mount Hope High School, Ame...riCorps VISTA, and the local community turned out for this event, and we thank them for contributing their time.
